In 2015 I married the love of my life, Melanie, and we settled down in Hampshire, England.
We are the proud parents of twins, Oliver and Jessica, who seem to create an inescapable vortex in which time accelerates at an unatural velocity, and prevents us from ever getting anything done. They are cute though.
I left my job as a web application developer to become a stay-at-home father. I drink tea, attempt (and usually fail) to dress the kids, drink more tea, do the school run, and try to keep our family of house plants alive.
I enjoy cooking, watching movies, playing Xbox, listening to music as loud as my family will allow me, and going to gigs. Oh, and going on holiday, but that really goes without saying...
I'm a self taught web developer and designer with a strong knowledge of standards compliant web technologies such as PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I'm also used to working with Photoshop as well as opensource alternatives such as Inkscape.
I have a sound familiarity with the MVC model and have worked with various frameworks, such as CodeIgniter, Laravel, and CakePHP.
